Delivery

We ship using Royal Mail courier service to all destinations within the UK and mainland Europe. We also ship to USA and Canada and the rest of the world using Royal mail.

Our delivery Tariffs are as follows: 

Standard UK Delivery : £3.95 (3 working days)

Special Delivery UK Next Day / Express Delivery : £7.95 (1 working day) for orders placed by 12.00 noon

Mainland Europe/ International Signed For: £11.95 (5 working days)

USA/Canada: £12.95 (Airmail)

Rest of the world: £15.30 (Airmail)

FREE UK DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £50. Please note your order will be dispatched using the Standard UK delivery service (3 working days) and is available to mainland UK addresses only.

Next Day Delivery : We aim to deliver your order on the next working day providing your order is placed before 12.00 noon, Monday to Friday. For orders placed after 12.00 noon on Friday, during the weekend and bank holidays, we aim to dispatch within 2 working days.

Please note : Next day service is not offered to orders outside Mainland UK or the Highlands & Islands of Scotland. Orders from these areas will take up to 4 days to arrive.

Please note that we always require a signature upon delivery. If there is nobody available to sign for your order, you will receive a card stating that a delivery attempt has been made, with instructions for collection or re-delivery. The parcel will be held by Royal Mail for 7 calendar days after which time it will be returned to Instant Vintage. If this occurs we will make an additional charge for re-delivery. 

We dispatch all orders received by 12.00 noon (Monday- Friday) on the same day. All orders placed after 12.00 noon on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

We will automatically despatch all approved orders. If you have any special delivery instructions, such as a gift receipt, please make a note to us on the order form.

Very occasionally an item may be out of stock at the time of purchase. If this occurs we will email or telephone you immediately giving you the option to await new stock or receive a full refund.
