Returns Policy

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase, however should you want to return it our policy is as follows:

We will be happy to offer an exchange or refund for items returned within 14 days of purchase provided they are returned in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Sale items must be returned with 7 days of purchase.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange earrings, hosiery, underwear or toiletries for hygiene reasons.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Should you wish to return an item, please do so within the requested time and include a note stating the following:

your name, your contact number, the order number, the reason for return and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
